In our psychomotricity classes, we have a great time doing lots of different activities!
– First, we start by dancing to a fun song to warm up our bodies and get moving.
– Then, we play team games that help us to learn rules and social skills. We also enjoy motor circuits where we can jump, balance, and move in many different ways!
– Before going back to class, we take a moment to relax: we practice breathing exercises, and try some yoga poses to calm our minds and bodies.
These classes help us stay active, learn together, and feel good!
